There are also real estate brokers, but they are different from the other two. Real estate brokers are different from real estate agents just because the only thing they do is sell houses.
So, if I were to say that I specialize in selling residential properties, I would likely be mistaken for a broker. Instead, I think I’m more like a real estate agent. I don’t do much with my time other than make sure my properties are paid off and get the paperwork completed.
